A North Carolina woman has been arrested after police said she poured vodka into a boy's eyes at a hotel pool in Florida.

Police said the suspect, Roseanna Kiser, became angry when a 7-year-old boy splashed water near her at the Sheraton Sand Key on Clearwater Beach.

According to an arrest affidavit, Kiser -- a guest at the hotel -- was drinking from a bottle of vodka in the swimming pool area when the splashing occurred.

Kiser is accused of pouring some of the vodka directly onto the boy’s face and eyes. She then grabbed him around the chest and pushed him further away from her into the water.

Hotel management contacted Clearwater police for assistance to ejected her from the property. The manager and officers responded to her hotel room. She was told seven times to gather her belongings and leave, or she will be arrested.

She refused and was placed under arrest.

Kiser repeatedly kicked a male officer in the groin with the heel of her foot, “resulting in extreme pain and physical injury to the arresting officer’s groin area,” according to the affidavit.

Kiser also struck other officers in the head, neck and chest with her elbows.

She was ultimately arrested and charged with child abuse, battery of a law enforcement officer, resisting an officer with violence and failure to leave a public service establishment.
