PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. — One northbound lane of Florida's Turnpike in St. Lucie County is shut down on Thursday morning because of a deadly crash involving a semi truck.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the wreck happened at approximately 2 a.m. just north of Becker Road in Port St. Lucie.
Our WPTV News crew at the scene saw a semi truck flipped over on its side.
All northbound lanes were shut down for hours on Thursday morning. However, only one lane remains closed at this time.
