MARSH HARBOUR, Bahamas -- Much of Marsh Harbour, which was flattened by Hurricane Dorian, is a ghost town.

There is no power, no running water and buildings and structures were either destroyed or severely damaged.

Officials are asking anyone in the town to leave so they can begin rebuilding the infrastructure.

A search and rescue team from Fairfax County, Virginia is on the ground and assisting with the international relief effort.
