(NBC) - A Chinese golden pheasant, which apparently looks like president-elect Donald Trump, is attracting visitors to a Chinese safari park.
A Chinese newspaper reported that a picture of a 5-year-old golden pheasant called 'little red' went viral after a photo of it was posted online by a journalist from eastern Hangzhou City, who pointed out the 'striking similarity' between the male bird and trump.
The head of the bird feeders in the park told Reuters that the park had about 50 of such species adding that the male pheasants with a golden-yellow crest are much showy than the female, which has a mottled brown plumage.
He claimed that both the hairstyle and eye expressions of male golden pheasants are quite similar to trump.
Visitors said the species reminded them of trump's flamboyant hairstyle.
According to the newspaper, the bird is native to China and is among national protected animal species in the country even though it can be found in many other countries.
