A cruise ship was caught on the outer edge of Hurricane Michael this week as the storm swept past Cuba and headed for Florida.
A passenger on board Royal Caribbean's "Empress of the Seas" recorded the video Monday night while the hurricane was located off Cuba's western tip.
Wind whipped across the deck and drove heavy rain over the ship as the vessel headed toward Havana.
The video shows lightning in the distance and white foam on the sea below.
The passenger who recorded the video said the ship delayed its arrival as the hurricane was lashing Cuba with strong gusts and rain.
Michael, which has winds of 145 mph winds, was forecast to hit the Florida Panhandle Wednesday afternoon.
