(CNN) - The TSA is stepping up its efforts to limit how much powder passengers can bring on board.
The agency will kick off a new campaign on Wednesday to remind travelers about the current regulations.
The focus is on containers holding more than 350 milliliters of powder, which is about the size of a soda can.
The rule was passed last summer and so far it's been enforced on domestic flights.
But starting on June 30, the TSA will request foreign airports with direct flights to the U.S. to do the same.

This is protein powder. Starting today, @TSA wants it out of your carry on luggage to be inspected a little closer, or put it in your checked bag. More details ahead on @WPTV@FOX29WFLXpic.twitter.com/jEvoOf5e8I
