CLEARWATER, Fla. — After spending parts of the pandemic living in Derek Jeter’s Davis Islands mansion, Tampa Bay Buccaneers star quarterback Tom Brady is reportedly looking to move into a different mansion right across the other side of the Howard Frankland bridge.

TMZ reports the Bucs quarterback is looking to move into a $7.5 million home in a private community in Clearwater.

Brady is apparently in the final stages of a deal and is expected to close in the coming days, TMZ reports.

Built in 2015, the real estate listing says Brady's new home overlooks the water and features five bedrooms, five en-suite baths and three half bathrooms, three levels of entertainment, a home gym, theater room, full wet bar and a billiard room.

The report comes just days after his "landlord" Derek Jeter listed the Davis Islands mansion up for sale, leaving nosy neighbors and NFL fans wondering where Brady was going to call home next.

Jeter's mansion was on sale for $29 million back in mid-September.

The MLB legend's 21,800 square-foot home features seven bedrooms, 16 total bathrooms, a pool, a home gym, a spa and six parking spots in the garage, according to the listing from Smith & Associates Real Estate.
