According to ESPN, Lane Kiffin has agreed to a 10-year deal to coach the Florida Atlantic University Owls.
In his first year as head coach, Florida Atlantic has gone 10-3. The team faces Akron tonight night in the Cheribundi Tart Cherry Boca Raton Bowl at FAU.
This is the first bowl game for FAU since 2008. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
"This is further proof of FAU's unbridled ambition," FAU president Dr. John Kelly told ESPN on Tuesday.
