MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. — The Miami Dolphins have lost their second assistant coach in as many days.

Miami announced Thursday that it has "mutually parted ways" with defensive line coach Marion Hobby.

Hobby was hired by head coach Brian Flores in 2019 and spent the last two seasons with the Dolphins.

Before coaching in Miami, Hobby spent two seasons in the same capacity with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The team announced a day earlier that offensive coordinator Chan Gailey had resigned, leaving two vacancies on Flores' coaching staff in 2021.
