Here's how to stay in surf shape while in quarantine

Since we're all on lockdown and can't go surfing, I thought it'd be a good idea to see what kind of exercises we can do at home to keep us in that tip-top surf shape.

So I enlisted coach Craig Canubida of Kinetic Performance in West Palm Beach.

All you need is a ball or, in my case, toilet paper.
