OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — A herd of cattle is causing traffic troubles on Florida's Turnpike in Central Florida on Monday.
The incident happened at about noon when a livestock truck caught fire, and the driver had to release about 70 cows.
The Florida Turnpike was shut down at mile marker 225 in Osceola County.
Authorities closed the Turnpike in both directions while authorities tried to wrangle them up and move them to safety.
Video showed the cows running into the woods, causing more problems for the wranglers.
Florida's Turnpike was still blocked northbound and southbound at 3 p.m. as they attempted to catch the cows, according to a report from WESH-TV.
Drivers can expect heavy delays.
