All northbound lanes of the Florida Turnpike were closed from Okeechobee Road in Fort Pierce to Yeehaw Junction Wednesday morning due to a crash involving a semi truck and another vehicle.
As of 7 a.m. the vehicles have been removed and lanes were reopened.
