Tropical Update
- Tropical Storm Harold made landfall at about 10 a.m. on South Padre, Texas. It will dissipate throughout the day.
- Tropical Storm Franklin will move over Hispaniola on Wednesday. The latest models keep this system away from Florida.
- Two waves are in the Atlantic Ocean, but both should stay away from Florida
