WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — The rain is tapering off for the most part Friday evening.
As we head into Saturday, storm chances drop to 40%, and we will start to see high temperatures warm into the low and mid-90s.
The heat index will be in the triple digits. Heat advisories may be issued as we head into early next week.

Pattern change next week as late day /evening storms will become more prevalent near the coast - with much of the day staying hot and mainly dry.
In the tropics, we are still watching a low in the central Atlantic with a 60% chance of development. It is expected to curve north out in the Atlantic Ocean even if it does develop.
