WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Tropical Depression No. 28 formed Saturday in the northwest Caribbean Sea.
The depression is forecast to strengthen into a tropical storm Sunday and possibly a hurricane as it moves into the Gulf of Mexico.

It was moving north-northwest at 2 mph with maximum sustained winds of 30 mph.
The next named storm is Zeta.
